Alexis Hall's legal experience in transactional matters primarily focused on representation of private businesses and professional service firms in general corporate, mergers and acquisitions and real estate matters. Ms. Hall also has civil litigation experience, having handled litigation matters in New York State court. She has garnered expertise from extensive work in representing international firms in a number of acquisitions, assisting international corporations in setting up business entities in the United States, and representing cooperative and condominium building owners in the sale and disposition of commercial and residential real estate. Prior to working at Ruddy Law Office, PLLC, Ms. Hall was an associate at Menaker & Hermann, LLP in New York City. She is currently licensed to practice in the State of New York and in the District of Columbia.
Ms. Hall earned her Juris Doctor from the Howard University School of Law where she was a member and Associate Articles Editor for the Howard University Law Journal. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology from the University of Maryland.
